Hey guys,
Word of the Day: Acceptance.
I think the world could use more of it, don't you? True, the world has made lots of progress in this field, but even still it can be improved upon. Even more so than Love, what the world needs is acceptance, because even though people are more than willing it seems to love people they care about, when it comes to people they disagree with (whether it be world views, aesthetic views, political, I could go on...) their love switch seems to turn off without them even realizing it, because it seems second nature- and it is.
To those that feel i am offending them because of what I may appear to be insinuating, please don't be insulted, any offense taken is completely accidental, after all, this is about accepting others for whom they may or may not be.
Now, all insinuations aside, and to further extend the definition, it doesn't only mean accepting others for who they are, but for accepting things that have, are, or will happen. There are plenty of exceptions to the rule, because there are some things that you should not accept (like defeat :]); But everyone can identify at least a small list of situations, that, had they been a little more accepting of the circumstances, would have rolled over a lot smoother.
Of course I'm sure, given the time I could elaborate wondrously upon this, but I'm sure you get my gist.
All the best,
Emily Katie

Hello fellow bloggers!
Just a bit of background fodder before I begin ranting:
Coldplay is my favorite band, has been my favorite, and will probably always be my favorite band until the Rapture comes; Even then, I'll probably be jamming out to Coldplay wherever I end up.
I play their CD's constantly in the car, that is of course, unless others are in the car with me... then I change it for their sanity, after all, nobody wants to heard "God Put A Smile Upon My Face" 13 times; except me, songs in minor keys make me happy. :D
Anyways, now to grand, wonderful news!! /RANTSTART
Coldplay JUST released a new album, the highly anticipated Mylo Xyloto, which is from what I've heard of it, amazing, as is the cover art:

EVEN BIGGER NEWS!
Coldplay is going to be streaming LIVE on YouTube TOMORROW (or today, depending on when you read this), October 26, 2011!!
http://www.Youtube.com/ColdplayVEVO
9 PM, UK Time
4 PM, Eastern time
1 PM, Pacific Time
I myself will be rushing home from school as fast as I can to plant myself in front of my computer at 3 PM sharp. :) Luckily this concert did not land in the evening for me, because I've got some strict band practice for later. Don't knock it, but back-up vocals can be pretty challenging. Especially when theres like...four of you (all girls)? All having to sing different voice parts because the lead singer is a inner choral junkie?? Ok, enough about me. /RANTEND

So, I know I'm behind the times, but I just had my first taste of Nutella yesterday.
My first thought was this is amazing and I feel like I found the chocolate pot of gold
at the end of the french rainbow. So, in celebration of my christening into the
Nutella cult, I've found a few sites dedicated to bringing you new ways to stuff
your face full of definitely not-good-for-you chocolatey goodness.
Be wary, the calorie count on the stuff is pretty high.
One serving is:
Two tablespoons
200 calories (100 Fat Cal)
21 grams of sugar
3 grams of protein
But never fear, for health nuts abundant, there is a healthy alternative,
though I can't vouch for the taste, the recipe can be found right below:

1. Mouthwatering Nutella Recipes

3. And last but not least the official website for Nutella
